The venue was a bit outdated, even so I loved its perfect staff and location. Set short walk to Quebec, the centre, another castle in the nice area.

The views were just ok and there were very uncomfortable beds too.

Good value, fairly clean, gorgeous breakfast. Staff of the hotel was willing to help. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

Staff is consistently courteous, breakfast varied, location is perfect adjacent to restaurants, the Old City, the ' grande allee ' where all the restaurants and patios are situated, 3min walk from the plaines and 5 min to vieux Quebec. Old Quebec - Upper Town district won't disappoint you.

Beautiful location, good value and honest staff, well-organised service. Absolutely fabulous view, a small balcony, neat bed, too. The family restaurant offered rich dishes, and the breakfast was bountiful. Loved this hotel, had 4 really special days here.

The staff was happy and the rooms were attractive. And it also had mesmerizing view. Very quick check-in and NICE customer service. Free hot drinks, very good wifi were a nice surprise.

Really handy location, highly efficient staff - a real treat hotel in every way. We had a light breakfast, it included milk, slices of fresh bread, jam, cheese and pastries. It was conveniently located, easy to move around. Had cold drinks in the Irish bar.

easy location and lovely design, staff is humble. hotel close to bars and restaurants. you'll need to walk 10 minutes to get to the bus stop. absolutely brilliant views and lovely garden.
